Antigua Cabbie Cops Cruisers Combat

A group of six cruise passengers were arrested and detained on September 4, 2009. Antigua was a scheduled 10-hour port call for the Carnival Victory.

A cab driver quoted a price of $50 for a tour ending at Fort James beach. The short 10 minute drive from the cruise dock normally costs $12 for a full cab.
