I am presenting this website to help educate Canadian readers about travel in general. I won’t tell you how a jet plane gets 350 passengers off the ground in Toronto and safely lands everyone in Vancouver, but I can give you some tips and procedures for negotiating airports. I expect some of the information will be old hat for seasoned vacationers. I hope to present insights and details that will be of interest to most travelers. An educated traveler is a better, happier traveler.

I intend to learn a lot from the readers who contribute insightful comments, expert suggestions and lively positive discussions to the site. Feedback to shape the direction of TravelOFFEN.com in the future and to correct errors or omissions in its past. I am counting on clever, enthusiastic contributors to keep me on my toes and learning from their input.

As research for topics and articles moves forward so will my level of competence. Hopefully my spelling and grammar will improve too. Connections with readers and web information and the resulting communication will improve everyone’s learning.
