Since our travel consulting business is home-based, we are available during non business hours and weekends also.

We prefer email communications because it leaves an electronic text trail of:

  • what is asked for
  • what details are replied
  • additional clarifications
  • alternatives and suggestions presented
  • changes discussed

    Other Technologies

    We are looking into some high tech white board and group sharing technologies but they are not in place yet.
    I have used instant message services in the past and found they do not suit my particular needs or style of communication vis a vis the travel business. A telephone call will work much better in my opinion.

    FAX

    Fax Numbers can be used but are only available for special point to point Fax messages. There is just too much paper wasted on junk faxes adn email attachments replace most of  Fax functions that we have all but abandoned that technology

    • Travel insurance is highly recommended.
      • Quotes routinely provide the deluxe insurance package rate.
      • Conditions are subject to health and age qualifications.
      • You must be presented with the insurance options and must acknowledge your decision on coverage as per TICO regulations.
